Biography

Paola Musile Tanzi began her career as a Member of the Board of Directors at Cassa Lombarda SPA in 2013. During her tenure, she served as an Independent Director and held positions in the Risk Committee and Related Parties Committee from 2013 to 2023. In addition to this role, Paola was a member of the Consultative Working Group for the Investor Protection SC at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) from 2017 to 2021. She is currently Professor of Banking and Finance at Perugia University in the Department of Economics and Affiliate Professor at SDA Bocconi School of Management. From June 2024, Paola is also a member of the Consultative Working Group for the Investment Management Standing Committee of ESMA, the European Securities and Markets Authority. She was appointed to REYL Intesa Sanpaolo’s Board of Directors in 2024.
