Biography

Flavio Gianetti began his career in 1992 at Toro Insurance Company as Product Development Officer. He then joined Sanpaolo IMI Bank and held various roles ranging from Head of Extraordinary Operations Office, Head of Investment Management and Special Transactions Department, and Group Chief Governance Officer – Head of M&A and Group Shareholdings Department. He has held various positions as a Board Member in banks, in Italy and abroad, insurance and asset management companies, other financial institutions, and real estate companies. In 2024, he became Chief Equity, Legal and M&A Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo. Flavio was appointed to REYL Intesa Sanpaolo’s Board of Directors in 2024.
